This annual event fosters connections within the A/E/C community, offering a dynamic blend of continuing education, networking, and experiences that showcase the versatility and sustainability of precast concrete in modern construction. 

Day 1: Wednesday, July 16, 2025

Sunset Dinner Cruise

  • Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

  • Location: 812 Wrigley Drive, Lake Geneva, WI

  • Start the Summit with a memorable sunset cruise on Lake Geneva. Enjoy dinner, drinks, and breathtaking views while networking with precast professionals and A/E/C leaders. Wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the Lake Life!

PCI IW Membership Meeting (Members Only)

  • Time: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

  • Exclusive to PCI IW members, this meeting provides updates on PCI and PCI IW initiatives, setting the stage for a year of advancing precast innovation.

How Precast Builds Seminar

  • Time: 11:00 AM - 4:30 pm (Lunch/Registration/Exhibiting)

  • Location: The Riviera Ballroom, 812 Wrigley Dr, Lake Geneva, WI 53147

  • Dive into the practical applications and advantages of precast concrete in this continuing education session, open to all attendees. 

  • Earn 5.5 AIA LU/HSW credits, including 1 hour meeting Illinois architects’ requirements for design practices addressing high winds or natural disasters.

Concrete Chefs Dinner

  • Time: 5:30 PM

  • Location: Voss Residence, N8364 Greenwald Court, East Troy, WI

  • Wrap up the Summit with the Concrete Chefs Dinner at the Voss Residence. Enjoy exceptional cuisine and connect with peers in a relaxed, inspiring setting—a perfect close to two days of precast exploration.

How Precast Builds Seminar - 5.5 LU/HSW

“Precast Protects Life – Healthy Buildings,” highlighting how precast concrete enhances sustainability and resiliency in modern construction, with a focus on its durability, thermal efficiency, and ability to withstand natural disasters. Drawing on PCI’s latest initiatives, including Environmental Product Declarations and life-cycle analysis, the presentation will showcase real-world precast applications that prioritize occupant health, environmental impact, and long-term building resilience, while also addressing PCI’s broader commitment to advancing sustainable and resilient design practices across the A/E/C industry.

JGMA & Blackwood Group

The Brighton Park Neighborhood Network (BPNN) Community Center and Headquarters in Chicago, highlighting the innovative use of precast concrete in creating a vibrant, sustainable community hub at 4000 S Archer Avenue, with construction starting in March 2024. Their presentation will explore precast’s role in achieving the building’s welcoming design and structural efficiency, while also addressing the project’s broader impact as BPNN’s first dedicated headquarters, fostering community resilience and providing a safe gathering space for Brighton Park residents.

Findorff & RINKA

The Couture project in Milwaukee, showcasing the innovative use of precast concrete in the 44-story, 750,000-square-foot lakefront tower, completed in 2024. Their presentation will highlight precast’s role in achieving the building’s iconic elliptical design and sustainability goals, while also addressing the project’s broader impact.

Cullen CM & HGA

TimeLine Theatre project in Chicago, highlighting the innovative use of precast concrete panels in the renovation of the historic W.C. Reebie & Brother storage building at 5035 N. Broadway. The presentation will explore how precast contributes to the project’s aesthetic and structural goals while also covering the broader scope, sustainable design strategies, and community impact, with construction underway since August 2024 and completion expected by early 2026.
